13/06/2017 - Another exciting week for our alumni as EUYO alumnus Antonio Oyarzabal is just about to release his debut album!
The album, The Inner Child, is Antonio's first solo piano project which he recorded at the Milton Court Concert Hall in London with the help of Orpheus Classical record label and includes pieces by Schumann, Debussy, Ravel and Spanish composer Mompou.
"The Inner Child transports us to the world of childhood, but always from the perspective of an adult who looks back with nostalgia. It is a personal celebration of childhood memories, which are so important for what we are to become when we grow up," said Antonio.
Antonio studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and last performed with the EUYO on the 2014 Summer Tour, where he memorably performed Gershwin Rhapsody in Blue in Grafenegg, Austria. Many congratulations from everyone at EUYO on this fantastic achievement!
