26/04/2017 - EUYO's Chief Conductor Vasily Petrenko has just been awarded Recording of The Year for the acclaimed recording of Tchaikovsky’s Symphonies Nos. 1, 2 and 6 with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, which was given at the BBC Music Magazine Awards last week. The recording also won the Orchestral Award to round off ten years since Vasily Petrenko became the Liverpool Orchestra’s youngest ever principal conductor.
