14/09/2017 - EUYO's Chief Conductor Vasily Petrenko has won the 2017 Gramophone Artist of the Year award! Chief Conductor of the European Union Youth Orchestra, the Oslo Philharmonic and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Vasily Petrenko has been awarded Gramophone Artist of the Year on this very special 40th anniversary of the award, which took place on Wednesday 13th September. He won the public vote out of a shortlist of ten international names, including Imogen Cooper, Jean-Efflam Bavouzet and Lisa Batiashvili. Click here to read more.
