Sebastian Zagame

Sebastian was born in Rome on November 30, 2000, from a musical family. He started his violin studies at 3 years old.
He received at the age of 16 his diploma in Violin at the Conservatory Santa Cecilia, Rome, under the guidance of G.També. At the age of 19 he obtained the master degree with honorable mention.

Sebastian won first prize in many national and international violin competitions, and has also attended numerous violin and chamber music masterclasses with wonderful musicians such as P. Berman, S. Girshenko, S. Budeer, D. Giuranna, B. Belkin.

He has performed as a solo violin, with unanimous consents of public and critic, in important concert halls and international festivals such as the Auditorium of the Parco della Musica, Teatro Comunale di Ferrara, the Walton Foundation of Ischia, Synagogue of Cracovia, Opera di Roma, Palazzo Barberini, Palazzo Braschi, Teatro Olimpico, Embassy of Egypt, Palazzo Ferrajoli, Chigiana Academy, Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, Festival "Al Bustan" Beirut, Rome Chamber Music Festival, Harpa Concert Hall, Reykjavik College of Music, etc…

He acted as principal violin in the World Youth Orchestra, Santa Cecilia Youth Orchestra and EICO Orchestra. He was a first violin of youth orchestras such as Perosi Youth Orchestra, Juniorchestra of Academy of Santa Cecilia, Young Talents Orchestra Ernst & Young.
He was selected to participate in the concerts of the Euyo Ferrara Chamber Academy in 2018, 2019 and 2020 at the municipal theater of Ferrara.
