Lorenzo Titolo Duchini

Italian violist Lorenzo Titolo Duchini (Aosta, 1997) started his viola studies at the Conservatoire de la Vallée d’Aoste, where he completed his Bachelor in 2019; in the same year, he moved to Amsterdam, where he attended the Master program at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with professors Nobuko Imai and Marjolein Dispa. During the years of study, Lorenzo took part in masterclasses with important violists like Jurgen Kussmaul, Viet Hertenstein, Pauline Sachse, Francien Schatborn, Ula Uljiona, Simone Briatore, Steve Dann, Marina Thibeault, Lilli Maijala, Sven Arne Tepl, Frederik Boits.
Lorenzo is at the moment a member of EUYO – European Union Youth Orchestra and a member of the Orchestra del Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza. He also performed with many other orchestras, like Radio Filharmonisch Orkest, Orchestra Filarmonica di Rovereto, Orchestre de la Francophonie, CvA Symphony Orchestra and De Nieuwe Philarmonie Utrecht, which he had the opportunity to perform with and to work under the direction of important artists like Gabor Takascs-Nagy, Andrea Marcon, Alexander Lonquich, Gregory Ahss, Enrico Bronzi, Alessandro Moccia, Jorg Winkler, Marie-Annick Nicolas, Antje Weithaas, Johannes Leertouwer, Shunske Sato, Pieter Wispelwey, Pekka Kuusisto, Sascha Goetzel.
In 2020 Lorenzo has been admitted to Nederland Philarmonic Orchestra Academy which unfortunately has been canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.
