Anna Sanchis Llorens

Anna was born in València, Spain, in 2000. She studied at the Professional Conservatory of Music of Valencia with Professor Victoria Lorente, where she obtained the Extraordinary Regional Awards in violin and chamber music specialties.

Anna has always been surrounded by music. Her parents are both singers and they have passed on their passion for music to her.

Anna is a member of the EUYO (European Union Youth Orchestra) and JONDE. She has been concertmaster at the Jove Orquestra de la Generalitat Valenciana (JOGV) with whom she has debuted as a soloist at the Palau de les Arts of València.

She is currently studying the Bachelor Degree at ESMUC (Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya) with Maestro Yuri Volguin, where she also studies Historical Performance with Alba Roca. Anna has won the Anna Riera Foundation scholarship 2021-2022.

Anna receives regular chamber music lessons with the prestigious Cuarteto Casals and collaborates in the Camerata ESMUC Casals.

She has represented ESMUC at the Prades Pau Casals International Festival 2021 with her quartet, the Quartet Vivancos.
