Arabela de Miguel Robledo
Arabela de Miguel was born in 1999 in Soria (Spain). Passionate about orchestral and chamber music, since the age of twelve, Arabela regularly plays with various groups in some of which she has been able to train as a Concertmaster such as recently in the National Youth Orchestra of Spain (JONDE), the Youth Orchestra of Extremadura (OJEX), the Youth Orchestra of Galicia (OJSG), or the Youth Orchestra of Madrid (JORCAM), among others.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with orchestras like Cadaqués Orchestra under the batton of Gianandrea Noseda or the Orchestra Freixenet of the Reina Sofia School of Music led by Pablo González. She is also member of the list of musicians of the Orchestra of Extremadura where she has been collaborating since 2018.
She began to study violín at the age of six in her hometown, where she graduated with honors and obtainig the Extraordinary Prize of Castilla y León. Later she moved to Madrid to study her Bachelor Degree at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid with Prof. Joaquín Torre and Ana F. Comesaña.
She has also been inspired by violinist such as Ilya Kaler, Olga Kaler, Shirly Laub, Tobias Feldmann, Bartek Niziol or Vera Martínez Mehner.
She is currently studying Master of Perfomance at the Hochschule für Musik FHNW Basel with Prof. Barbara Doll, Winfried Rademacher and Antonio Viñuales. At the same time she receives lessons at the Academy of the Barenboim-Saïd Foundation.
