Hanna Daub
Hanna Daub, born in 2002, started to play the Cello at the age of 9. She received her first cello lessons from Barbara Rieger at the local music school in Tübingen.
In 2019 she joined the class of Prof. Tristan Cornut at the HMDK Stuttgart as a young student. After graduating from high school in 2020, she stayed in Stuttgart to continue her cello studies there.
Hanna took part in the national competition Jugend Musiziert as a soloist and as a chamber musician several times.
Numerous masterclasses, for example with Prof. Wen-Sinn Yang, Prof. Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Prof. Claudio Bohórquez and Prof. Troels Svane had an deep impact on Hannas musical work. In this context, she also participated in the Cello Academy in Rutesheim in 2019 and 2022.
Hanna has already had the opportunity to gain extensive orchestral experience, for example as principal cellist of the Baden- Württemberg State Youth Orchestra or as a member of the German National Youth Orchestra and the European Union Youth Orchestra.
