Ricard Ortega Ribera

Ricard Ortega Ribera was born in Valencia and began his musical studies at the ""Conservatorio Profesional de Cullera"" with Nicolás Esteve Colomina. He continued his studies at the ""Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid"" with Professors Elies Hernandis, Simeón Galduf and Enrique Cotolí. He had an Erasmus scholarship year at the “Hochschule für Musik Freiburg” with Professor Fabrice Millischer.

He is currently studying his Master degree at the ""Universität der Künste Berlin"" with Professor Stefan Schulz.

He has been part of young orchestras such as: ""Gustav-Mahler Jugend Orchester"", ""European Union Youth Orchestra"", ""Pacific Music Festival Orchestra"", ""Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival Orchestra"", ""Young National Orchestra of Spain(JONDE) "", ""Verbier Festival Junior Orchestra"", ""Mahler Chamber Academy"", 

 He has collaborated with professional orchestras such as ""Staatskapelle Berlin"", ""Komische Oper Berlin"", ""Staatsoper Hamburg"", ""Deustche Kammer-Phillarmonie Bremen"", “Orquesta Nacional de España”, “ Orchestra of the Teatro Real”.
