9 November 2016 - Berlin: The EUYO returned to play at the Prestigious Europa Rede Conference
Organised by the Stiftung Zukunft Berlin and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and forming the conclusion of the Soul for Europe's 2016 conference Cultural Identities on the Move, the EUYO returned to perform at this key annual European event which they last participated in in 2014.
This project - as in 2014 - is the fruit of a collaboration with Andreas Richter Cultural Consulting. The 2016 Europa Rede Speech was delivered by EUYO Honorary Patron Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission. A welcome was given by Dr. Hans-Gert Pöttering, ex-President of the European Parliament, ex EUYO Honorary President, and Chairman of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation. There were also speeches from Maria Tandeck, lawyer and prizewinner Young Europeans 2010 of the Schwarzkopf Foundation, and Noémi Kiss , writer, "A Soul for Europe" initiative, who gave an impassioned and wonderful portrayal of Europe.
The whole event (as at 10 November 2016) is available Here in German, and is almost 2 hours long
