Frontrunners is EUYO’s much-loved online learning programme. Like so many digital projects, it was launched during the pandemic to serve the EUYO community, but in September 2023 we decided to make it an open information resource.

We designed Frontrunners with the help of global teaching expert and EUYO Frontrunners advisor Eric Booth. As Eric identifies here, Frontrunners is about achieving success in your 21st-century musical career, and it is divided into four subject areas: Include, Perform, Share and Sustain.

Each Frontrunners episode now takes the form of a video podcast on a key topic or topics for young musicians, and you can enjoy all of them on EUYO’s YouTube channel.
